People who think Marlene is a female version of Sirius are fucking wrong, don’t come @ me.
They may both be reckless, funny, and charismatic but in their own different way.
Marlene was reckless in more of an emotional way. She didn’t think about the consequences of her actions, if she felt like kissing someone she would do it and if she felt like telling you how much you disgust her she wouldn’t care about how you would have felt later.
She was stubborn and would not admit she felt sorry or give you the satisfaction to hear her apologize.
On the other hand Sirius was more of a daredevil type of person, always doing dangerous things and putting himself in danger but he knew what it was like to be hurt so he would never treat you like shit if you didn’t deserve it and if he cared about you he would tell you he was sorry.
Both of them were sarcastic and funny but Marlene was more into dark humour and dry jokes while Sirius was into flirty jokes and puns.
Sirius was charming because he was extremely elegant in everything he did while Marlene was charming because she was strong, independent and a big badass who didn’t care about the impression she made.
What annoys me the most is the fact that Marlene is always portrayed as someone’s girlfriend (mostly Sirius’ or Dorcas’) but she is an amazing character and she actually deserves more.
